I had a knocking noise in my Dynamic 1.4 T Jet 150 after a week of ownership. I Took it fiat dealer and they informed me the subframe had been broken, the previous place (a well know car supermarket) i had bought the car from had try to hide the damage when i bought it, have since got my money back and purchased a 1.9 150 multi-jet from a fiat dealership.

dealer is trying to say its the new exhaust we have fitted which it it not so after hols its will be going back again !!!

mine had a knocking noise i only had my car a day and it started i took it bck and it was the flywheel,they fixed that and put a new clutch in aswell and its find nw i got it back today
a fly wheel would knock on drive not bumps
Is it an after-market exhaust? You sure it's not a loose exhaust mount? See if you can find a road where it knocks at low speed then have someone walk alongside the car to listen to it.
i have the same phantom knocking that is just like when the drop links failed in the stilo
