Technical Knocking / bang noise when reversing round corner

Just had my Fiat 500 for a month now (11 plate) and in the first week I noticed a single knock / bang when reversing off my drive, round the corner. Does'nt do it in forward drive and only when reversing round a corner. Took it back to the Fiat dealer and they took a quick look and said it was prob the drive shaft needed lubricating, so they did that and said it should be ok. About 5 days later the noise returned, so I took it back again and they did a "thorough" check and said it's the steering rack that need replacing!!! So, they replaced it with new steering rack and I picked it up today and it's still got this knocking noise!! Got to take it back tomorrow....does anyone know of this problem and what it could be as Fiat don't seem to know? thanks.

You need to describe it a bit better tbh. There's little that anyone could really suggest till you better describe the sound, where it's coming from, whether you're going over a bumpy bit of road etc etc.
