Help I have a knocking noise which appears to be on the near side front and usually starts at slow speed and disappears over 25 mph. I have replaced the bottom arm, strut and top mountt
to no avail. Any suggestions please.

Need more detail.
What vehicle?
Is it going over bumps?
Is it rhythmic with road speed?
Is it rhythmic with engine speed?
Is it only in a certain gear?
Does it change if you lightly touch the brakes? (not enough to slow down, just enough to stop the brake pads rattling)
Has it been confirmed 100% N/S/F?
Can you only hear it with passenger window down or through the vehicle?
Does it sound metallic or rubber?
Is it a light rattle like anti roll bar links or mor duller bump like anti roll bar inner support bushes on chassis/subframe?
Have the tyres/ wheels been checked for lumps, running out of true or swapped to the rear etc.

Maybe a duff shock absorber or an issue with spring location in top strut mount as fairy common.:)
If shock absorber/Mcpherson strut, sometimes if someone shakes the wheel if you can get your finger through the coils of spring to base of strut where it slides into shock absorber it can be possible to feel wear some times.

The car has got a new lower arm, a new strut and a new top mount to help cure the problem that still exists

Not common, but I have seen bolts on lower wishbone inner tight but not gripping the metal centre of the rubber bush.
When it has been doing it for a little while sometimes a clue is rust forming around the bolt/bush area.
