How does that catch tank plumb up?? theres two connections on the top.one for the rocker cover but where does the other go??

i think a pipe welded into there would be ok, it just skims the edge of the nut - so i shuold get away with that.

It could probably benefit from having a few mm skimmed off the nut as it isnt load bearing as such. Im not sure on the specifics, but Id expect you could always replace one fat nut with two very slim nuts acting to lock each other on.

Id gladly take some off the nut if needed...

Brooky, see the brass barb out the top left of the pastic casing?

Mine doesn't have a return back to the intake.....50/50 on the MOT I recon.

I have a filter at the mo, but my catch tank barbs are tiny, so i have a filter directly on top of the crank case and the oil and smoke fuse fed out are horrible for daily driving. I really want to fit the catch tank as ...A it cost £36 and B it looks bling.

If the red ducting is the GSR, I'm glad i just went with samco hose and the cda lol

Looking good though arc!!!

yerh kind rushed my rebuild now as with arc need to take a few steps back. Starting tomorrow evening after work, with removing coolant system to reach exhaust manifold bolts to tighten them up, then drop the gearbox to check on the release bearing as it doenst go into gear when the motor is running. All fun and games.

And to add to my job list I;m half way through rebuild my nitro rc car as it was black with oil mud and muck but its an easy win so makes me feel good!
