Technical Instrument panel led blown

2009 Panda . Led telltale for the RH side indicator not working in the instrument panel. Actual indicators and the sounder are OK. My Haines manual says instrument panel cannot be dismantled. Is it possible to replace the LED, if so any hints or tips. If not, is this a MOT fail.

Yes it can be repaired



They are a tiny LED that's surface mount soldered on to the printed circuit board

Realistically not a home repair for most people

But a trivial job for a proper mobile phone repair shop

Many thanks for that. Great news. I have some experience of dealing with SM leds especially small ones(model railway)
Shall have a go at replacement, Biggest problem is finding out what size it is, shall have to wait till I’ve taken the panel apart, always a nuisance
Because you have to wait then for a delivery if you don’t have it in stock
