General impressed with Service at Fiat Corby ( Rockingham cars )

Spent a fair while with Kevin at Rockingham Cars of Corby on friday spec'ing my new SS. He was really helpful and a joy to deal with and really patient ( Especially after I totally changed the spec after i left )
He is even helping out on a few personal touches to my little Barth which I cant wait to see. Anyway now comes the long wait till it's with me ( November )
Anyway I thought I would take this opportunity to give praise where praise is due.

Did start a thread about good/bad service!! as I rang fiat customer care just to let them know how good Rockingham had been! They were flabbergasted I wasnt ringing to complain lol.

I do know someone has been unhappy tho with the service they got.....sorry cant remember who it was??

Wasn't me, was it? That's all in the past...

Kevin was who we dealt with when we ordered our start 'n' stop, so he's still dealing with less sporty customers. Very helpful to us too, allthough he just wouldn't budge on free floor mats

Peoples perception of good/average/poor service is different. Also poor service from one individual doesn't mean whole garage is naff. Lets also not forget garages change hands/staff at a often alarming rate.

We ran a poll/questionaire thing on garages in 2008, will probably do it again in 2010

Just got my car from Rockingham, Kevin was the salesman I dealt with and honestly was superb. I'm delighted with my 500 and can't believe how easy to deal with the garage were.

I highly recommend Rockingham to any potential buyer!
