Hello friends!

I had problem with starting my Fiat Panda 4x4 Cross 1.3 multijet. I sloved that it is problem with immobiliser. But in this point i need help. I recognized when i disassemble key and i put him right next to ignition lock it starts every time. When Im trying starting with Assembled key sometimes it is starting sometimes not, especially not starting when car was running like 1 hour. When i disassemble the key and put the Chip/coil onto ignition lock near antenna starts right away. I dont know if it is problem in the car antenna or in key. Im feeling very dumb, when Im disassembling the key almost every day😆
I will be very thankful for any idea/help!
Many thanks and Greetings from Czech republic Filip!

There isn't a separate Immoberliser chip inside these key

Is it a separate part you are putting next to the barrel, a part that's loose or the whole PCB board

The whole board. The chip is integrated Inside. I already tried to resolder the coil into the board

Shame as it could be the key or the pickup antenna

It would be worth getting a spare key cloned as if your only key got lost or damaged its very expensive to sort

Plus if both key are the same you will know it's a faulty pickup antenna

If it's only the fob that's failing it would be worth trying a new inductor, the do crack

Ok, many thanks for yours advice!
I will probably try to get a cloned key.
Please i have one question to you. Do you know how much resistance (ohms) should the antenna have ? I would like to try it out
Nice evening

34 ohms is close enough

There doesn't seem to be any consistency

Good ones tend to measure around 35 ohms in the real world
Ok, many thanks for advice!😊 Not my proffesion. I will try to get a second key and try to repair the remote key with new coil. Otherwise i can get the antenna like for 2€, in Czech republic so i can try it like for free 😀
Have a nice day !
