As @jackwhoo says, engine size etc. will help.
maybe a photo of what you are cutting off also.:)

@bugsymike has direct experience of scudo . Photo as requested would help identify engine/injection type.

It's the 1.9 with a adelphi high pressure pump
So does it look like this pump?
Personally it is not one I am familiar with as Delphi, only that it looks a similar set up to the Lucas Epic pump I had on an 03 Doblo 1.9 non turbo, it was loads of grief and I was glad to get shot of the van , it was gutless and used more fuel than a more powerful petrol similar model in the Peugeot range.
I was so glad when they moved to the JTD more economical, more powerful and reliable.
At the time I did have a basic manual on that pump so the one for yours should be available online to guide you.:)

The Doblos and Vauxhall Combo I have are 1.3 and 1.6 MJs and my Scudo is a 2010 2.0 engine used in the Peugeots and rated at 120hp, I believe the non turbo 1.9 using that pre common rail, Epic pump actual turns out 63 hp, even the 1.3 MJ @70Hp !:(

I'm pretty confident this is going to be non common rail with a 'distributor ' type injection pump. Possibly with an imobilser problem .

Anyway to answer the first question , no it is not "easy"to remove the injection pump to aid access to the immo unit.

You would be far better advised to remove the radiator etc to get better access if required.
