Drive to Halfords. Pay a tenner and a bit
Alternatively you can DIY via the wheel arch where you'll see a little panel at the front in front of the tyre that needs removal for access to the bulb.
I did the former!
Thank you so much. I will have a look at that. (this weekends job)@pandalove,
Have a read..

Daytime running light bulb change | FIAT Panda (2012+)
Sorry if I'm being thick but I can't work out from drawing 100 in the handbook (or find videos or other advice here) how to change the little daytime light - cover is off and there's the two wires (connector D) into a clip (C) that I cannot understand how to unlatch to access and remove the bulb...www.fiatforum.com
I will definitely do it myself. What bulb do I need? It is a Panda 4x4 19 plateDid same bulb in mine yesterday. Less than five minutes to do. Need a cross head screwdriver (there’s one in the boot of all Pandas), turn steering wheel fully left for easier access.
It’s called a P21/5w - often labelled ‘brake and taillight’ or Type 380.I will definitely do it myself. What bulb do I need? It is a Panda 4x4 19 plate
Yep, that. Oh and a melted bulb holder (reassuringly expensive item, incidentallyChances are the screws in the wheel arch liner are seized into the metal clips they screw into. Shocking use of steel on steel fixings in these cars!
Can reach mine easily from the top in 2014 4x4. This made me happy.
Have a nose under the rear of the headlight to look for the cables and bulb holder. Hopefully same access in yours!
