Any road up. You don't need any special tools. Release the residual pressure from the fuel rail (there's a valve on the end, you can pop[ a pipe on it), undo the electrical connectors x 4, take off the fuel rail (on 16v cars you'll probably have to remove the inlet manifold first), finally, remove the retaining clip and pull the injector straight off.
