The ciggy lighter is under the flip up panel in the center console - above teh buttons
If you have one :)

Nice One for the Pictures! The car looks in good shape?

That’s a lo cost sound set-up ;)

One thing I notice your hot air pipe is missing – This is my new Uno – you can see the pipe has masking tape surrounding it – Bad Idea. I replaced mine – costs about £3 From Shop4Parts

OK the Injection Uno won’t cut out at 70 MPH (in cold whether) without it, but with it the engine will warm up faster, which means better fuel economy.

Still has the mount for one tho, even if it doesnt have one ;)
:p and the wires for the cig lighter too.

If you do smoke, don't use the FIAT Lighter bit - replace it for one with more grip.

Nothing worse than a red hot cig lighter slipping out of your hand on the Motorway :dead:

I think I got mine out of a Nissan on the scrap yard :spin::)

Luke, aren't you concerned about theft? I guess you are (!) - what prevention plans do you have in place?

The biggest thing holding me back doing major audio installs (amps, 6x9's, good speakers, etc.) is theft. They can take the stuff, fine, but I don't want to then be paying for broken windows/locks etc. Insurance isn't an option becuase the excess will buy me 2 mint condition Uno's anyway!

Yes, there's alarms and things, but I ain't convinced as the good ones cost too much (£300 or so).

Yea, already had one lot nicked.

i rarely have most of the stereo on when im about to park. Most is hidden too. And people round my area know i got the stuff, can hear it miles away, but dont know where i park cos its hidden in a garage out teh way :) Plus i'll know if someone has it and get "even".

As for alarms, IMO they mean naff all anymore. People ignore them if they go off, which defeats the object. i got a 50 quid one from maplins, does the trick.

ah ha, i did seem odd to just have a hole in the mainfold lol. my mainfold is looking a bit rusty, should i have this changed?

i dont smoke but i want it to be able to charge my phone, mini disk player... and other things.

gunna go check out shop4parts now.

Cheers,

No, its perfectly fine. Its where they get very hot, that they go like that. Only the expensive 4 branch stainless steel manifolds stay relatively shiney, so dont worry about it.

All you need is the connecting pipe, which is cheap anywhere

Hi there,

The hot air pipe “Filter Box Hose” is Part Number: S4P940 at £1.82 + VAT. Then there is £2.95 delivery. – Hope this helps.

Thanks alot Louie Bee, i found it and ordered it now!

on another note i also ordered my speakers today, yay! :)

does the filter box hose need jubelee clips or somthing to hold it on?

Cheers,
Ryan Edge

:) Don't mention it LOL.

Oh year, if you are ordering, – I Just noticed you already ordered, E-mail them to add parts and save paying delivery twice. Or phone them on 01274 734082.

Ask for S4P1230 – Distributor cap (I presume yours is white) £6 + VAT
And S4P1229 Rotor Arm (also for Magneti Marelli distributor) £2 + VAT.
I’d asked for them in an e-mail so the numbers are on my invoice::) - Loads cheaper than FIAT dealer, and they are

Cam Cover gasket is a common one to go S4P1205.
as is Breather tube S4P939

These are worth doing if your not sure of the history
Fule Filter S4P453
Air Filter S4P414
Spark Plugs S4P913

:) Just going through my last receipt and picking out Normal and problem parts.

I should be on commision. :tempt:

Kind regards,
