The honest answer is that the chances of you finding the cylinder-head torque for that head on that kit is----zilch! However, I have fitted a Panda30 head onto a 126 engine with an "ATHENA" 695 kit and done the following. The "Athena" instructions are for the head torque (like you, without a head-gasket) to be 31.4Nm, which seemed a bit low (lower than even a standard 500). So I have torqued my head down to 36 Nm, which is just a bit less that the normal 126 head torque (40 Nm), but more than the standard 500 head torque (33 Nm). What are you planning to use as a "liquid head-gasket"----I have used "wellseal", which has been succesfull on this engine and classic small marine engines that I have restored.
