Technical Gearbox

On my Hymer B584 2001 (fiat ducato 2.8 JTD, 180 000 km) I get a pb with gear change : when I'm on 4th gear , one time on two the gear do not disengage and sometime get a "crack" from 4th to 5th.
This happen when I was at Nordkapp ! Now back home yesterday (whit nightmare at each roundabout!) .
In norway I have done oil change in a garage to be sure to get the right amount of oil (3.2 liters) but this not solve the pb.
I checked control cables & grease ball joint (on gearbox & lever), all gears shift well when engine don't run.
Clutch & control cable new last year.
Do I've a synchro gear pb ?? Any help or advices welcome.

Difficult to diagnose without being there.
Generally if syncros worn the gears "grate" or make a noise as you change up or down the gearbox, usually worse if you try to do it quickly.
If hard to pull out of a gear/disengage it could indicate a gearbox fault.
Did anyone notice when gear oil changed if any metal bits in old gear oil, always worth checking as an early warning of problems inside the gearbox.
If clutch side was at fault , normally it would be most noticeable when engaging first gear to pull away as though you hadn't pressed the clutch pedal all the way down..
Does the clutch pedal feel sloppy /have lots of free play / travel etc.
If so it may be worth checking if any adjustment on clutch cable.

Some news of my gear box, in december the garage take off the gear box , send it to a gearbox workshop to rebuilt it "as new" then the garage refit gear box , works have two years warranty (cost was 2.2Keuros) After driving 800 km I always get the same issue with the 4th gear which not desengage 1 time on 2 ...... Next week garage will take off again the gearbox & re send it to workshop. Workshop told to the garage that this can happen on this modele of gear box & is not more surprised than that.......? But nobody told me what is the exact issue, just it come from 4th gear synchro...... Outside of crankcase is nice , but.....

In the old days when we rebuilt gearboxes, they stayed rebuilt.
That was just a normal garage, not a "gearbox specialist".
