Technical Gearbox issue

Hey ya folks quick question here IV a Cinquecento the gear box is a bit odd especially 3rd gear should I replace the entire gear box or just the linkage any advice appreciated cheers

Can you please explain what you mean by odd?
Mine improved with an oil change, so that may be a good starting point.
