Goodevening everyone,
My Seicento is having a bit of trouble with having play in it's gearbox. It's an 899 SX and I believe I have read on the forum that these engines are equiped with a C526 gearbox which has also been put in the 1108 S and SX. Now there's an 1108 S on the junkyard with the new MPI engine and a transmission which looks exactly like my current one (it's got the same cover and no reverse protection on the shifter knob, also the attachments for the clutch and shifter cables look the same). If I would take this junkyard transmission out of there, rebuild it and want to put it on my 899 engine, would this fit (also paying attention to things like the bell housing)?
