Technical Gear goes into neutral whilst driving

Hi everyone,

my fiat punto 2012 would at first go into gear whilst driving and won't get into gear to drive. now it gets into gear but wont go into reverse. What can i do please and has anyone experienced this before?

Almost useless description of the problem, not enough details (including engine type).
How the gear change process feels like, sounds, looks (compare to video below).
So you can pinpoint the problem roughly: is it mechanism inside the car, linkages or gear selector on the gearbox or gearbox internal problem (or mounts are completely worn, so engine+gearbox is rattling all over the place under the hood/bonnet, stretching the "cables", pulling the gear out, back to neutral).



Unfortunately all options are on the table (it could be something simple/easy/cheap or gearbox swap).
