General fuel sender

Hello I have a 1991 Fiat Ducato 2.5TD . The fuel gauge is saying empty when full then it will read half full when full. Is there any way to fit a new fuel sender without removing the fuel tank??

Is there a hatch in the front floor? Later vehicles have this, but I cannor remember whether my 1990 Talbot Express did.

Hello I had a look for the hatch but it doesnt have one.

Friend has a 1995 2.5 turbo he has been told over fueling! is there a screw on side of pump turn down , if so which way u turn it thanks
