Technical Fuel pump not priming

Recently purchased a 1995 cinquecento as a rolling shell

had been sat outside for a year without any glass since I’ve re installed the glass, and fitted an engine from a previous car, it turns over well, heater works, as well as the windows, and indicators.

But fuel pump isn’t priming, tried a few fuel pumps but not getting anything.

Anything to check in regards.

Assuming yours is an electric pump in the fuel tank, first thing I would check is fuses and relays to make sure there is power getting to the pump.
