Technical Fuel cut off unavailble KO

Hello,

I'm sat in Sainsbury's car park, car won't start. It says 'fuel cut off unavailable' and has a symbol of a car with a padlock next to it. No reset button under either seat. Please help me!

Hi,
If the padlock symbol does not go out the imobilser is active and not allowing start.
It is likely not recognising the key.

Turn off , remove key , try again make sure no other car key on key ring with your car key.
If that doesn't work you need breakdown assistance.....Sainsburys used to have a deal with rac that if customer car broke down in car park Sainsburys would get rac to you.
