Hi guys

I am having troubles with a rattle in the front Windows, when fully closed everything is fine, but when Open it rattles alot , any ideas of what could be? And how to solve it ?

Best regards

There is a plastic spacer in the window mechanism that can break. Its probably that because they're quite brittle and it doesn't take much for them to snap. This doesn't affect the window raising or lowering but does cause a rattle.

If you can fix it yourself its cheap, you just open up the door, check whats wrong, buy a part. It takes time but theres no major difficulty and uses simple tools. If you're paying someone else its expensive.

My EVO has a window like this, sometimes it bothers me, but not enough to fix it.

You should probably just ignore this, its a lot of time or expense to fix a rattle.

Nice i think i will take a look , do you have any pictures of that spacer? Also the weather insulation membrane can be reused or needs a new one once opened?

Its the white piece of plastic in the picture.

The weather insulation can be reused.
