Technical Front wash jet tube route?

Guys,
Haven't noticed this before. I've had the front scuttle panel removed by a mechanic for front suspension renewal.

The wash jet tubing comes off the nearside near the loom. Does it literally just hang to join the bonnet tube, or go through a hole in the scuttle panel?

Mine just hangs, and when I close the bonnet, lays on top of the battery.

Just think it's odd that it lays on top of the battery. Got me thinking the mechanic re-rputed the pipe? Am I overthinking.

@varesecrazy thanks for uploading the pics. That's how mines setup. Glad it was how the factory setup and not my mechanic re-routing.


I seem to be finding all little issues as the car gets older. Rear washer tube seems to have spilt in the boot grommet. Think i'm gonna have to try cut a new piece in or it'll create further issues down the road. Why fiat wraps the rear water jet tube inside the wiring look to rear is a joke.
