General Fiat Welcome Pack

After seeing the ecodrive email I was sent and saw they were using a 'fiat' usb stick I rang up fiat customer care and told them I hadnt received my 'welcome pack' and hadnt got another usb stick and putting the pressure on (sob sob) Guess what I got this morning!! A huge box which contained the welcome box and a very cute little fiat usb stick .Can now go and try the ecodrive and no doubt get bored with it very quickly!! but at least I finally got my pack even if it is 7 months late!!

Erm....no! I guess I got a laid back customer service rep. I simply asked as to whether I could have the 500 welcome pack and they replied 'Sure!'

Just wanted my first line of address and postcode.

Can't wait to get it and thanks for this post as it prompted me to get one

My salesman has loads of these and told me there is defo one for me so will use this when I get the car.

Glad it was helpful!! It is a huge box for such a tiny thing but I am really pleased with it and I also was asked tonnes of questions before they said they would send one out

Ring Alfa Romeo and thank them for the welcome pack, but tell them they havent sent you your Alfa yet
