The bonnet release cable can be replaced but you may need to remove the plastic wheel cover over the right hand side front wheel.

The bulb failure warning can be caused by dirty contacts. Take out every bulb clean the contacts and replace. Replace any bulbs that look dirty inside.

If you have the Selecta gearbox you MUST use the correct oil and always servive according to Fiat instructions. It is actually a constantly variable speed transmission (CVT).

If you have the robot controlled 5 speed semi manual gearbox (I cant remember its trademark name), you have what amounts to a normal manual gearbox with electrohydraulic gear and clutch shifters. The system works well. BUT its biggest problem is excessive clutch wear due to people waiting with the car in gear. Fiat annoyingly made the automatic system very slow to re engage when you select neutral so folk dont bother and the clutch suffers.

it is for Economy, pressing it switches the gearbox to economy mode changing gear earlier and saving fuel.

you probably have a sidelight bulb out hence the 'side light' warning which you won't see with the main head lights on, turn the lights on with the knob by only one notch which will only turn on the side lights and you should then be able to find the faulty bulb.

bonnet release cable would probably cost you about an hrs labour plus the cable at most garages, and independent would probably charge you about £50-60

is the ECO function have also some disadvatage??

i beleive i was check all lights on all position but looks to me all works

with the servicing-i always found that the people changing engine oil-is that mean that they also will change transmision oil??

and with the type of transmision it is ok to use local servicing? as kwik fit?
i asking because aroun place where i live isn't any dealer?
and i'm lazy to go few miles:yum: i live on arbroath{somebody here say that i must use correct oil if i have selecta gearbox} i dont know what kind of gearbox i have:)

I'm on Arbroath and i beleive that near place from here is Arnold clark in Dundee

i was ask on Kwik fit today and they tell me that they don't change oil on automatic gearboxes{i'm not even know if this oil change is on basic servicing}

Use a reputable garage. The Selecta CVT gearbox needs special oil but otherwise reliable as automatics go. If you have one you will not feel it shifting gears. The mini selespeed type uses ordinary gear oil. When you drive it will shift gears like a manual gearbox. Don't stop for a long time in Drive with the engine running. Use neutral and put up with its lazy behaviour when you need to get moving. If you notice any problems get the clutch checked professionally.
DO NOT USE QUICK FIT ON A FIAT AUTO.

is crazy i was try open the bonet but i cant find the opening lever:)
i was look almost everyvhere...i beleive that bonnet release cable is probably ok there be just problem with the lever under bonnet so thats why i have there the wire

anyway hope i find it because i was like to check fluids on car

actually i was find 1 more company which looks ok to me...they are able pick the car and return after servicing

https://www.prestigecarservicing.com/enquiries/stage2

but they have 2 choises

For Inspection 1 (BMW) and the A service (all other vehicles) we will replace the oil and oil filter and carry out a series of checks on the vehicles engine, fluid levels, exterior condition, interior condition, the electrics and the clutch and gear box.
For Inspection 2 (BMW) and the B service (all other vehicles) we carry out the same work as the A service and then in addition we replace the air filter, fuel filter (additional cost on petrol models) and cabin filter. We remove the wheels to check the brake pads and discs and examine the underneath of the car extensively.

the decision 2 is around 50£ more expensive..it;s wort the money??
my car was serviced last time on November 2010 that's what owner tell me but has a litlle mileage just 37 300
