I bought a second hand palio but the previous owner lost the central locking remote, is there anyway I can get one and how much would it cost?

Welcome to Fiat Forum.
It probably is aftermarket, the Palio was never equiped with a remote hand sender.
Look at the big relay with the small antenna wire on it, for the brand, and search the internet, try Ebay...!!!
