Sorry you haven't had any replies yet - the Brazil built Palio is quite different to the European cars most members are more familiar with.
Have you tried removing one plug lead at a time?
If there's one plug lead where it doesn't get worse (drops to two cylinders) then that's the cylinder with the misfire.
The, if you swap the plug leads around from one coil to the other does the misfire move?
Common causes on European 1.2 FIRE engines are:
Dirty MAP sensor
Dirty throttle body
Oil in the inlet manifold
Plug lead
Coil pack (would affect two cylinders)
Does your car show an Engine Management Light? If so, scan for error codes.
