Well, the iOS push notifications are sent live (as the post is being written to the DB, the push gets sent to Apple) - so they should be instant... maybe Apple is throttling them?

I'm getting notifications that I've been quoted, I go to the thread and nothing is there.

I have a look my laptop and its there.

I'm on iOS.

Just a thought - when someone posts from a mobile, can a little phone symbol be put somewhere on their post to make it obvious? Just that it's habit to say things like "refer to my sig" or "see the links in your sig", etc but if they're on mobile they don't see these things.

I've turned notifications off now, I can't take my phone vibrating 20 times every now and again.

iOS notifications has now been recognised as a known bug - so that should get sorted.

@Eklipse3k - I was thinking of doing something like that, but I'd need to update the DB table first, which will take a long long time, so will need to wait until a quiet day..

Following Alex's post here - https://www.fiatforum.com/events/319372-auto-italia-brooklands-2013-a-3.html?p=3217125 can you add an option to the menu to open the thread in a browser? Presuming that the iOS version has a similar menu to Android anyway.

My app doesnt work on 3G but fine in wifi? Its upto date.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I have a s3 mini. I can access the forum through a browser but the app wont work. I will try deleting it and reinstalling.

No problem on any of my androids. Barring notifications but that's a know issue.

Mine even works on GPRS and EDGE albeit slowly.

Its now working, it hasnt worked for weeks and now it does...

Maybe it auto updated from Google Play without you knowing .
