Technical Fiat Ducato 2.5 TD motorhome

Bought a 1992 Fiat Ducato 1992 2.5 TD Frankia Mobil A640 motor home last Monday stupidly I believed the dealers every word Im more experienced than that but guess we have all done it. I was aware the gear box was a bit crunchy but didn't expect it to be so bad, however 200 miles later I have black smoke pouring out of exhaust Im told its turbo they are no longer available nor the parts, currently its going into garage on Monday for them to remove turbo try find number THEN put it back as I have to return to campsite with my dog to sleep expensive, then they will try locate something, they are Fiat main dealers and say Fiat no longer keep records for that age. And ideas please Im over from Jersey and cant get back
