Technical 1990 Fiat Ducato 2.5 TD

Hi all, I have oil dripping from the down pipe flange from the turbo so assume the seals are gone on the exhaust side, can any one advise the easiest way to remove the turbo with the engine in ? It’s in a Hymer 544 is it easiest to remove the turbo from the manifold or remove the manifold with it still attached ?
