Evening all,

Just wondering if anyone on here has been asked to complete a dealer survey after buying their 500/taking it for a service? Does anyone know how the process works?

I only ask as the dealer I went to for our service is not rated on fiat.co.uk due to insufficient surveys. I would be happy to give them a good score but I've not heard anything - maybe they don't bother asking their customers?

From personal experience I think Fiat are definitely trying to improve their customer service but they seem to fail with the basics in terms of communication. I remember completing an online survey which was emailed to me about 18 months ago. I said I'd be happy for someone to ring to get further feedback but no-one ever did!

I also had a phone call from Fiat following a low mileage service at Fiat Direct. It was one of those "on a scale of 10" type surveys. It didnt take more than 5 minutes as my responses were positive.
But I had two visits for warranty work at a franchised dealer, and no one got back to me.....
So its either completely random, or Fiat are keeping a v. close eye on their Direct operation.

Fiat direct look pretty decent online. If i was living near the London area with the car under warranty i would definately service it there. How was their service? Competetive pricing as they say?

I was impressed - £99 for the service, free valet, winter care pack thrown in for free. I believe this is a fairly standard Fiat offer throughout UK.

But you are right - their car offers are hard to resist. I bought a nicely loaded, 1 yr old, ex BSM mj sport for a huge discount against new price.

They do describe the cars well online - both photos and spec.
