General Fiat Customer Service WORST EVER!

I'm starting to wonder where are all the spammers are coming from .

Come on Michael there must still be some links on the internet you haven't posted yet where they could still be hiding.

London Borough of Spammersmith & Fulham?

I found a couple of tins of them when I was tidying the kitchen cupboards

You think that's bad. I left my car in for a service and it had my house keys on the key fob..They serviced my car and when I got home they had sold my house. I called fiat and they said there is nothing they can do about it.
Now I live in a tent.

You're lucky, they sold my house and didn't bother servicing the car as they sold that as well. Unfortunately my tent was in the back so I have a one down, one down cardboard box to sleep in.

On the upside, I left my wife in the car when I popped into the dealer to buy some spare bulbs, and they sold her into white slavery...

*FRA*

I thought I got a good deal on her for a tenner but she is always moaning, saying I spend nearly as much time on the forum as the last bloke she was with.

OUTRAGEOUS! I will never buy a house again as a protest at your treatment :D

When my brother was in Morocco with his OH (she's blonde) a few years ago they were getting some 'old' mock photos taken. The photographer asked my brother if he could have 5 minutes with his wife and there would be no charge. He thought for a moment  but decided to pay for the photo session.:)

I'm slightly confused? The car sold her into slavery? Did you buy her back, or was it one of those "plenty more fish in the sea" moments?

Tony - I think you were having too many 'heart to heart' conversations with that 'guy' you met on holidays. :)

I must say I have to completely agree with this title. I have nothing good to say about the Fiat Customer Service!!

I bought a Fiat 500 in December 2009 and from the very start, have experienced appauling service.

On placing the order for the car, I maxed up on options - nice chrome A-bar and bonnet strip. On the day of delivery - were they added to the car - no!!

Within the first couple of months of having the new car, the driver's leather seating started to ripple and formed a buttock imprint!! You could expect this to happen after years of wear and tear, but on brand new leather!!!? I have emailed, written letters and phoned Fiat (via the franchise dealership and the Head Office in Slough), both in my opinion are useless!! They are not interested once you have purchased the car!!

I cannot believe that I have had a case open for over a year and still yet no conclusion. It's is absolutely disgraceful!

When I have telephoned the Customer Service Department, they tell me that they have not had a response from their Technician's Department ..... well this has taken long enough now - my car is going to be two years old in December 2011!!

If anyone has the Managing Director's details ..... time to go higher or take legal advice!!

I'm not quite sure what you're doing, but it only took me about 6 weeks to sort the same issue out. Granted it was 6 weeks too long, but only 6 weeks.

This sounds like a salesman issue and certainly not customer services fault?

Have you taken the car back to place of purchase yet?
