General Fiat 500e app and batery status

Hello, i bought this car fiat 500 electric 2021 42kw. I can't see any info in the fiat app, the dealer told me that my car doesn t have TBM and I cant acces the car through my Phone. Also another forum said that cars from that year don t need TBM and should work. Anyone know a solution? I find this frustrating because i can t check my batery if i m not in the car. I have no problem to pay for subscription, but i can t find a solution. Thank you!

I'm sorry I don't have a solution but something strange is happening. I've never heard of ANY in the last 3+ years that can't connect and there have been at least three in the last week. Let us know if you get anywhere.

What if you press on the "Connected services management" tab in the first screenshot? Thats through where I manage my subscription
