Hi.
the 2 brake cylinder's ipresume Mr mot tester mean's the rear slave cylinders located inside brake drum's.

was he wearing x-ray goggles or is there sighns of leakage

was it marked on mot fail sheet as handbrake or service brake?

Seems a simple fix.
Tester can presumably see evidence of rear cylinders leaking.
Brake fluid on the linings will reduce efficiency, causing the handbrake to be insufficient when subjected to the roller test. Holding on a hill now, but will likely soon fail to do so.

Two new cylinders, new set of shoes, good clean up of brake drums, bleed system with new fluid, happy bunny.

PS: If you don't know where to find the cylinders, you should not be the one to replace them. Don't mess with brakes unless you know what you are doing. WE need you to be able to stop when we meet you on the road!
