General Factory warranty and aftermarket stereos - problem?

Has anyone ever had a FIAT dealer refuse to do or honour warranty work because you had removed the STOCK stereo and put in an AFTERMARKET? I've got 18 months factory warranty left on a 2017 500 Abarth, and would like to add a rear-camera, but I'm concerned FIAT would have a fit (because why wouldn't they, lol)
Anyone?

OR - if anyone has a 2018-2019 factory uConnect 5.0 with NAV they don't want anymore...
