I know what a trip to the Ring costs, and this will be about 5 times that, with accommodation and food etc etc.
How much are toll roads etc?

£29 (2014) annual vignette for Switzerland is for motorways If you can find an entry point and route through without motorways, you don't need the vignette.
You will also need a vignette for Austria. £7.10 for 10 days (2014)
There are plenty of good roads through France without using the toll roads.
53 !
Tempted to take the route I suggested earlier and skip Nurburgring, Paris (arrogant, arrogant people !), and the toll roads and should just about meet you all there![]()

Just an idea, you may have already considered it, if so ignore me, considered Dover to Dunkirk (sp?) ferriesthat's the one I normally do when doing the ring

Route looks good and still very much up for this depending on dates. If the dates don't coincide with the punto show (if we don't hear in time) then I'll be half tempted to go in the cinq if that's alright? I could still take the gp but cinq will be far more fun to drive!
No I hadn't seen that, is it cheaper?

£60 return iirc.
Location might be better the other side also from a geographical point of view?
