Technical DTCs FIAT meaning.

Hi all. My idea 1.4 16v shows the check engine light sometimes . With the OBD2 interface go out without problems but I can´t find a real FIAT DTC codes meaning, only general. I can´t find a manual repair in the web for this car. If someone wants to help me I would like the wiring of the accelerator-TPS system or the manual repair will be great.
The two DTCS are P1221 and P0220.
