I'm thorougly in love with our Fiat Idea, drives like a champ and the flexibility and space in this car is amazing.

However we would like the option to use an Isofix car seat, but can't seem to find the Isofix points our manual is talking about. It might be the case that our options didn't have it installed but that leaves me to the questions on how it even should be installed as I can't seem to find it anywhere in technical manuals and parts catalogues like: https://eper.fiatforum.com/

So the question is; does anybody know how the Isofix was installed in Fiat Idea? Is there an option to add it or is it part of the seat assembly?

Kind regards,
Skajetolaf

According to Britax you should be able to use Isofix seats on the two outer rears. Normally if you push your fingers into the join between back rest and base of the seat you will feel the two little bars that engage. For safety reasons , it won't be an option, it is either there or not. My youngest of 7 grand children has just out grown that so I have fitted /used a few. Below is a photo of the fitting and seat marking to indicate on a 2010 Fiat Scudo 7 seater.
