General Drveshaft oil seal

Evening all,
I need to rep!ace a Drveshaft oil seal (drivers side) on my 07 1.2.
I'm pretty handy with a spanner but I've never done this job before.
Is there anything I should know before I start or is it fairly straight forward?
Quotes from garages came in at between £80 - £100.judging by that price it's a fairly simple job.
Any advice gratefully received.

It's indeed pretty straight forward: give some room to the shaft, loosen flange bolts, pull-out the shaft, replace the seal(s), re-assemble. The shaft is held in place by a spring clip so you might use a pry bar to release it.
