Technical Does anyone know what this part is, it's leaking oil, 2007 Scudo 2.0

Hi all, can anyone help me identify what this part is that’s leaking oil? It’s a tall, slim radiator looking thing front left of the engine bay behind the radiator, big pipe coming off at the bottom…
It’s leaking oil from that pipe.

Sounds like the intercooler. There should be another big fat pipe coming off it too. It should not leak a lot of oil if so.
