My 2012 scudo 1.6 is in limp mode because i have this error

"Additive pump open circuit"

I can still smell the PAT fluid being used so is there anyway to test the pump in the tank or is it something esle?

I say this because i had errors 6mths back relating to water in the diesel filter and other strange things but turned out to be the fuse box under the bonnet defuct!

Thank in advance

If yours is the 1560cc Citroen/Peugeot engine rather than the 1598cc ? Fiat engine it may be an idea to check their Forums as well.
From memory the 1560cc engine was alumium rather than cast iron engine block of the Fiat.
I had a 2012 Citroen Picasso with that engine and there was a process of bleeding the Eloys Fluid after refilling it, as well as deleting error codes and telling ECU that the job had been done.
If you have suitable diagnostics it you should be able to try and access/activate that pump to test.

1560 and the regen had been done
Yes, but not just the Regen, that is more for the effects of the lack of Eloys fluid causing DPF blockage.
If like the Citroen I had there was a reservoir tank just forward of N/S wheel under a cover was a plastic "hot water bottle" containing the fluid and the electric metering pump was attached to it.:)
Incidentally the fluid is harmful so protect yourself if investigating.

Yes its full of pat fluid, after regen didnt have a problem then all of a sudden additive pump open circuit but i can smell pat fluid

So you suspect it is leaking somewhere?
If you have access to a suitable diagnostic tool it should be able to try and activate the pump, so you may see where the smell of leaking fluid is from.

Can anyone tell me what to do to make progress fixing this issue?>
