Hi
Having a bit of a nightmare with my 15 plate Fiat Doblo 1.3 multijet. The issue started with error code:

P2563 (Turbocharger (TC) boost control position sensor-range/performance problem. Boost pressure actuator position drift, Plausibility)

When the code was cleared it would re-appear around 3000 rpm causing van to loose all boost. I've replaced the turbo, map sensor, boost solenoid and egr but now another engine management light shows up with the same symptoms as before:

P0237 (Turbocharger (TC) boost pressure sensor/supercharger (SC) boost pressure sensor)

I've had the vacuum hoses checked by a professional and there's no sign of cracked or broken pipes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regarding vacuum hoses tested by professional , how at what was done?

Visually. Would you recommend a smoke test?
Yes , that is what I was going to say.
I had very similar codes on a 1.6 MJ Fiat Doblo and tried chasing all the sensors it pointed at, I even tried pressure testing from turbo to inlet manifold using blanks and compressor, I found a couple of leaking joint clips, but problem persisted.
A friend offered me the use of his smoke tester which I should have taken up, but in the end went to a diagnostic specialist the trade uses and the problem was located at a leaking gasket on EGR cooler to inlet manifold connection, so solved the issue, but kicked my self for not using friends smoke tester which would have shown it for free.;)

That gives me hope. Luckily I know someone that's got one but won't be able to use it for a few weeks because they are out of the country. I'll post an update it it manages to locate the issue. Thanks for your advise 👍
