General Digidash in a Mk2 Tipo?

Hi all

I have a mk2 Tipo with analogue dashboard. I really want a digidash, just for sheer novelty value. I can easily obtain one cheaply from a breakers, but will it be an easy job to fit (eg remove the existing dash and replace the plugs etc into the digidash), or will it be a right pain in the arse?
