Technical diesel stop solenoid

my 1999 2.8 idtd stop solenoid stopped working. 1, no current 2, on a bench with a 12 v supply nothing happens. the pin was stiff to move. 3, i've searched ebay etc for another without succes. anyone know where i can get one for my model?

no, mine is 8 cm long without the pin and the nut is 34mm, foto later. on checking the pump the arm that the solenoid works has siezed, I will have to deal with that first.

Don't think that's the stop solenoid sound like the cold start device its wax based so that shaft won't move unless you heat it or you broke it.
