Hello everyone,

I received the error codes mentioned above after leaving for work this morning. I have been experiencing this issue for about two weeks on a daily basis. I had the spark plugs changed after the first code P130A showed up last week, but I didn't see all three codes until today.

When I start my car, everything seems to work fine. However, as soon as I take it out of the garage (which is inclined; I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it), it feels like the car wants to stall as I release the clutch/acceleration. This stalling sensation continues for a bit, but then the problem disappears, and the car runs perfectly fine for the rest of the day—even after I've stopped for about 3 to 4 hours and then drive again. From what I can tell, this issue only occurs after leaving the car overnight.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any ideas about what might be going on?

Quick update on what it was wrong in my case.
It had very low levels of engine oil, once topped up it all went back to normal and it runs smoothly. The dipstick when I’ve checked it was completely dry.
Should have checked that before changing the spark plugs 😅

Well thanks for that info.

All those code are associated with: " 334 - 500X 1.4 Turbo MultiAir Misfire random (performance or incorrect operation or component or system over temperature"

The Fiat offical fault diagnostics chart has FIVE pages / 25 checks to do and on page 4 check 21 is:

"Engine oil Check that the fluid level is correct."

The earlier checks, e.g. No.4 is "Check for breaks in the coil wiring continuity caused by oxidised or corroded terminals" and many other similar long and detailed procedures. I can see a dealer ramping up a pretty big diagnostic bill before getting to checking the engine oil!
