Technical Cigar lighter

Hey Guys!
I need some help with the cigar lighter.
Firstly I bought a socket charger (Xiaomi Roidmi 3s) into our Fiat 500 (2008-312). The was working once and then not anymore. I thought the fuse is out and I checked but it seemed ok. But the charger didn't work do I put back the cigar lighter. Some days later the lighter started to lighting and while I tried to switch off, I pushed it lighter in and it stuck in... And I can't find a way to take it out. I took off the fuse which I thought is for cigar lighter (F15 in outside fuse box). But the lighter was still lighting and stuck. Now I don't have any idea what to do. Do you know how can take out the lighter?

Remove the trim behind the hand brake, remove the trim at the base of the gear stick, remove the trim that houses the lighter socket, remove socket even if you need to damage it, replace it and add beside it a twin usb outlet, note using a lighter generates corrosion of the terminals due to the waste that gets stuck on the end etc, this usb cost about £5
