Hi, i am new here.

I recently bought a used Fiat Punto Evo Activ 2012. After driving about 100 miles, the engine light came on with the message "Start and stop unavailable, check engine" on the cluster, and it’s still showing. Also i feel some vibration and change in the noise. I bought an OBD scanner and found codes P0202 and P0203, indicating multiple engine misfires.

After some research, I planned to change the spark plugs. Today, I opened the filter cover but couldn’t reach the plugs, so I repacked the filter cover and rescanned to check if I had disturbed anything. It still shows P0202, indicating an open injector circuit in cylinder 2. Also, when I opened the cover, I noticed something odd on it which seems broken. I'm posting a photo here for reference.

first thing I'd check is the battery, a duff battery can cause all sorts of electronical gremlins. also check earth points are not corroded and no breaks in the cables. also that pipe is just a breather in the photo so shouldn't cause a problem really.
