Technical Charging battery problem Fiat 500 1.2 petrol 2019

Hi ,
I have a red light of charging battery on panel. During driving when I tern left the power steering turns off
I replaced:
1 . Alternator
2. Battery
3. Mopar sensor
4. Ground cable
5.check any cables
6. OBD error U0413
It still does not work.
Do you have any ideas.

Hello,

Is the power steering electric or hydraulic?

The error was read with MES / AlfaOBD? or a generic code reader?

Are the battery and alternator properly sized (for exactly this model)? Is the alternator new and confirmed 100% OK?
