hi, this is an up date, i have successfully changed my cam belt and aux belt, cost me 50 kwid, purchased data sheet from autodata online, 4.95 you need a 36mm socket 7.25 to undo pulley bolt, no puller required, drill bits can be used as locking dowels as mentioned in data sheet and the head of a 6mm bolt to keep the tensioner in place, you dont need to raise the front end, job takes 3 hours if taking care, fiat say it can be done in hour half.

I am very interested. I have a Hymer B644 integrated Camper Van with a 2.9 Turbo Diesel engine. Space seems to be very tight in the engine. Is it a complete pain in the ass to do the timing blet. Read that I need to remove fonrt wheel, front inner wiring panel, engine undershield etc. Does anyone have any experience of doing this with Hymer
