passed the MOT! 1st time! which is what i cant say for the punto lol its pretty freakin fasttttttttttttttttt just needs more adjusting and the wheels need aligning

its getting to that time now where im using this instead! Its soo much fun and im addicted to boost quite badly.
took it to get remapped a month back and well on the way back i hit fuel cut lol oops,
My friend was panicing when the car hit 18psi and cut which put the car in 'limp mode' lol


boost cut sorted now ( had to identify the pressure intake manifold wire which wasnt hard at all lol

and pulls like a train when i give it the beans!
NEXT MOD : launch control, anti-lag and water injection for the front mount intercooler!
Installing a Apexi commander soon and a 1.5mm cometic headgasket (already have a ARP headstud kit), should be pretty fun!
oo and i carpet the boot build, looks a million times better!

carlos sainz wrong bonnet for a sainz and top mounted intercooler not charge cooled ????

car was originally being stripped for parts becaus ethe gearbox went, ive bought another gearbox + other bits and pieces like the bonnet to make it driveable.
been busy working on this car.
engine dropped a piston sooo.... got stripping

new camshaft seals, water pump, crank seal, timing pulleys and tensioners

new exhaust studs

standard on the right, modified on the left

ported T-vis

cylinder head rebuilt

pistons cleaned up

ARP headstuds fitted

multi-layered metal headgasket

timing set-up

side feed.... better air flow and even flow to all cylinders

de-greased and painted

clocked turbo

engine in

old on the left, new on the right

Wow that is nice , I've always loved Celicas, can't wait till I can get either a late 90s Celica, or a mid to late 90s Supra.
