Technical Broken electric window switch

Hi lads,

2015 Fiat doblo. Driver's side window switch broken (has the double switch for both sides).
How do I go about taking the switch out to replace it?
Does the door panel have to come off or just the arm rest area?

Should just flick out with a flat screwdriver gently, I have replaced several with cheap chinese ones and worked fine.
If you look at the replacement it will give you a clue.

Always worth looking for frayed wires at the door hinge also

The window switch is still working, it just comes away when you pull it up or push it down. I bought a full replacement switch from Ebay so hopefully I can manage the change!!

Good point, I had to replace the door wiring loom on one of mine for that reason.
It didn't help that previous owner had tried to glue the release connector at the hinge area.
