Haha, just a thought. I know you do conversions for people ... If i did plunge for a 2h30 drive to you (when i get the Astra), could you do dials, and footwells in a day? and how much to remove parts, fit led and re-fit parts?

the thing about coming down is that it takes time to actually do the conversions mate...can do you speedo and footwell lights, probs get some other panels done for you aswel within a day but don't think will tackle them all as the LCD screen take ages! lol il PM you with prices etc..

Polished a chamber, still needs a finer smooth to get it perfect but got tired lol will finish it tomorrow and do the rest when i cba lol when its me own head i aint to bothered about rushing it got all time in the world lol

started to work on inlet
this is what the inlet ports are like standard



this is after i have ported it out, not finished enlarging yet want get some gaskets to make sure i dont go too far also considering how far dow i can go on splitter before i hit a gallery lol






will do rest of inlets then gasket match it all and start on exhaust

Ported the inlet right through (shouldnt of done chambers first just scratched them all up lol but wil go back over them)
the steps from the seats have been removed!

needs more work as you can see its so smooth but need to get rid of the marks ideally

LOL thanks mate, it isn't done yet though...chambers still need there smooth sand and polish, iv only actually done 1x inlet and 1x exhaust atm so other 6 left lol

need to get my camshafts made, and multiangle cut the valves

ordered me self another lower inlet manifold swirl flap section so I can mak my own inlet manifold off that and use the larger 2.2 throttle body

im just lazy is all with xmas coming I should of finished it by now but cba lol

always have faith buddy, can turn water into wine me ahahaha

will keep everyone up date tho, just doing a few customers head atm

So i started an inlet project aswel to give the best results on RR day

got the lower half manifold flaps off ebay plan is to build my own manifold off top of it and port out the bottom section to match head

stripped it and removed the manifold flaps (not needed for me) just wondering if leaving the motor hanging but still plugged in will not mess with the ECU??

Polished all it up its nice and shinny now i know bit sad as no one will probs see it but ah well lol








next step is to make some plates to block off the EGR pipe and manifold flap holes
